1. Unopened items — 14 days
You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, including original shipping if you return the entire kit. We do not refund return-shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
2. Bedding 7-day trial
The orthopaedic bed and blankets in our Senior Comfort Kit ship with a 7-day in-home trial. Return them clean, dry, and free of strong odours for a full refund of the item.
3. Items we cannot refund
- Opened food bowls, water bottles, toothbrushes — hygiene
- Toys that have been chewed
- Worn collars, leads or harnesses with visible use
- Custom-engraved name tags
4. Manufacturing defects
Within 30 days of delivery, we replace defective items at our expense, or refund in full if the item is no longer available.
5. How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. UK and EU customers normally see the refund within 3–5 business days; international cards can take up to 10 business days. The card statement reference may read MUTTSBUTTS PET KIT.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law, including the 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts.
