1. Return window
You may return unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Bedding has a 7-day in-home trial. Defective items can be returned within 30 days.
2. Conditions
- Items must be in original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
- Bedding must be clean, dry, and free of strong odours.
- Engraved name tags and chewed toys are not returnable.
3. How to return
- Email support@muttsbuttsco.com with your order number.
- We respond within one working day with a return label (UK / EU) or instructions (rest of world).
- Drop off at any carrier point.
- Refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.
4. Return shipping
UK and EU returns are pre-paid by Muttsbutts when the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, a small return-handling fee may be deducted from your refund. International returns are at the customer's cost unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Exchanges
We do not operate exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order — this is faster and easier to track for both sides.
6. Statutory rights
Your rights under UK and EU consumer law — including the 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts — are not affected.
