2. Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day ship the same day. Orders placed later or at the weekend ship the next working day.
3. Carriers
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or Parcelforce for heavier items.
- EU: DHL Parcel International with delivered duty unpaid (DDU).
- US and rest of world: DHL Express where available, postal services otherwise.
4. Customs and import duties
For shipments outside the UK, local import duties and taxes (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility. We declare honest commercial values on customs paperwork and never mark parcels as gifts to avoid duty.
5. Restricted destinations
We do not currently ship to embargoed jurisdictions or any address that violates UK or EU export control law. If your order is restricted, we cancel and refund in full.
6. Lost in transit
If your tracking has not moved for 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), email us — we'll open a carrier claim and either re-ship or refund.
7. Packaging
We ship in recycled kraft boxes with recyclable paper void-fill. No styrofoam, no single-use plastic peanuts. Please flatten and recycle.
