By browsing or buying from muttsbuttsco.com, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What we sell
Muttsbutts sells non-consumable dog gear and accessories — toys, walking gear, grooming tools, travel gear, beds, training kit, foul-weather wear. We do not sell food, treats, medicines, or veterinary products.
Product descriptions, photographs, and recommended use are for general information. Real dogs vary; please use judgment and consult a qualified vet for medical questions.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. Where multiple currencies are supported, the charged amount is converted at checkout and may differ slightly from the displayed price due to currency rounding by your bank.
We may decline or limit orders for reasons including stock, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we decline, we refund any payment in full.
On the card statement, your payment appears as MUTTSBUTTS PET KIT.
4. Delivery and risk
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates are described on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
5. Returns and refunds

Statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law are not affected by these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site and our products lawfully and humanely. See our Acceptable Use & Safety policy for specifics — including choking-hazard warnings, breed-size guidance, and the prohibition on using our gear for animal cruelty or testing.
7. Intellectual property
All content on muttsbuttsco.com — copy, imagery, the Muttsbutts wordmark, the paw-print device, and product designs — is owned by MUTTS BUTTS LTD or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.
8. Liability
Our liability for the supply of goods is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Muttsbutts kits are accessories. They are not medical, behavioural, or training advice — and we are not liable for outcomes arising from the use of our products in unsuitable contexts (for example, using a flat-collar long line on a strong puller).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England & Wales. EU consumers may also rely on the consumer protections of their country of residence.
