Returns — humane and simple.

Return windows

• Unopened items: 14 calendar days from delivery, full refund to the original payment.
• Bedding (Senior Kit, blankets): 7-day in-home trial. Return clean and dry.
• Defects: 30 days for manufacturing defects — we replace at our cost.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene and safety:

• Opened food bowls and water bottles
• Opened toothbrushes and dental products
• Toys that have been chewed
• Worn collars, leads, or harnesses with visible use
• Custom-engraved name tags

How to start a return

1. Email support@muttsbuttsco.com with your order number.
2. We reply within one working day with a prepaid return label (UK / EU) or instructions (rest of world).
3. Repack the items in any sturdy box. The original Muttsbutts box is recyclable and not required.
4. Drop off at any carrier point. You receive a refund within 5 working days of inspection.

Return shipping

UK and EU: prepaid label, free for the customer when the return is due to our error. Otherwise a small fee may be deducted from the refund. International returns are at cost.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges directly — please return for a refund and place a new order. This is faster and easier to track on both sides.
